Avior does not custody user assets, execute trades on behalf of users, or control blockchain networks. Users interact directly with blockchain protocols and third-party wallet providers at their own discretion and risk. Transactions executed through blockchain networks are irreversible and may not be recoverable.
3. Wallets and Blockchain Transactions
To access certain features of the Services, you may need to connect or create a compatible blockchain wallet.
You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys;
- All activities associated with your wallet;
- Verifying transaction details before submitting transactions;
- Any fees, gas costs, or blockchain charges.
Avior does not store or control your private keys, recovery phrases, or digital assets.
4. Risks of Using Blockchain Technology
By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with blockchain technologies, digital assets, and decentralized finance, including:
- Market volatility;
- Smart contract vulnerabilities;
- Regulatory uncertainty;
- Cybersecurity risks;
- Network congestion and transaction delays;
- Loss of access to wallets or private keys;
- Potential loss of digital assets.
You understand that blockchain transactions are irreversible and that Avior cannot recover lost or stolen assets.

You agree not to:

- Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activities;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or networks;
- Use automated systems or software to exploit the Services;
- Circumvent security measures or restrictions;
- Engage in money laundering, sanctions violations, or terrorist financing;
- Upload malicious code or harmful materials.
Avior reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms.

Avior does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, including their availability, security, content, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.
7. Intellectual Property

Subject to these Terms, Avior grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal and lawful purposes.

- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code;
- Use Avior branding without prior written consent.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AVIOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND TITLE.
Avior does not guarantee:
- Continuous availability of the Services;
- Accuracy or completeness of information;
- That the Services will be error-free or secure;
- Compatibility with all blockchain networks or digital assets.
You use the Services at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AVIOR AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DIGITAL ASSETS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL AVIOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Avior and its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, contractors, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Services;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your violation of applicable laws or rights of third parties.

Avior may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws. We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability.
